Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Client Support Specialist at ExxonMobil in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients who may have questions or concerns regarding our products or services. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive experience for our clients and to address any issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and general troubleshooting. 3. Provide technical support for online platforms and applications. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Identify opportunities to improve the online client experience. 7. Stay up to date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to clients.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 3. Resourcefulness to quickly find solutions to client inquiries. 4. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Basic knowledge of online platforms and applications.
