Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Symantec, a leading cybersecurity company located in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product and service inquiries - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong people management and adaptability soft skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
