Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Dana Holding is seeking an experienced and reliable Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts and relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via online platforms - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer success and growth - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to increase loyalty and referrals - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and deliver solutions

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or related role - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Medical coverage and retirement plan benefits provided - Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
