Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a full-time Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, the ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and possess strong planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilize chat tools and systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Stay current on company products and services to effectively assist customers - Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency - Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers in a virtual environment - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Energetic and passionate attitude towards assisting customers - Strong planning and time management skills - High school diploma or equivalent
