Online Support Representative

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Support Representative in Fort Worth, Texas. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our database - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Planning and people management skills - Energetic and motivated personality
