Job Description - Online Support Specialist


Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking an experienced Online Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level role, the Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong independent and resourceful traits.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide technical support for online platforms and assist users with navigating the system - Collaborate with the online development team to implement new features and updates - Monitor online activity and report any suspicious or fraudulent behavior - Train new users on how to use the online platform effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field - Proven experience in online support or customer service - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
