American Express is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time customer support via online web chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Utilize critical thinking skills to provide innovative solutions to customer problems - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and timely responses - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to innovate and come up with creative solutions - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively - Bachelor's degree preferred
