Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a talented and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level. As the Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our online web chat operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of online web chat agents - Develop and implement chat best practices and protocols - Monitor and analyze chat metrics and KPIs to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective chat operations - Provide leadership, guidance, and training to chat agents to enhance their performance - Implement strategies to increase chat engagement and conversion rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve chat operations - Collaborate with IT and software development teams to optimize chat platforms
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in online web chat management - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong project management and communication skills - Proven track record of successful chat operations management - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience with chat platforms and technologies - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
