Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


NetApp is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support specialists and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution and exceptional service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to meet customer needs and KPIs. 3. Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs are met. 4. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 5. Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries. 6. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement. 7. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a support or customer service role. 2. Previous experience in a leadership or management role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 5. Attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
