Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Support Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our internal and external customers. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and efficient remote technical support to internal and external customers - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity - Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a detailed manner - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a remote technical support role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred - Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
