Support Specialist

Job Description:

CH2M Hill is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal team members and clients. 2. Assist with the coordination and execution of projects, including tracking progress and managing timelines. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all support activities. 5. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and escalate issues as needed. 6. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Adaptability and decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
