Job Description:
The Support Specialist at Becton Dickinson plays a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with strong time management and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Becton Dickinson products and services. 3. Document support interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials for internal and external use. 6. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the product development team. 7. Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems. 8. Provide training and support to internal teams on technical aspects of products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience with CRM systems and support tools. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 9. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or training sessions.
