Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job description: Expedia is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in a work-from-home position based in Houston, Texas. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, detail-oriented, and analytical.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues - Continuously improve processes and customer service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to better assist customers - Meet or exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction and resolution times


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
