IBM is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, troubleshooting, and other support-related issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Assist with managing and updating customer databases and records - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers
