Web Chat Associate

Job Description: First American Financial is seeking a diligent and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions with clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures for online communication
