Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support through web chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. As a Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, orders, and other related issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold company standards in all interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and confident personality traits. 3. Strong time management and people management skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and knowledge base systems.
