Remote WFH Consultant/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote WFH Consultant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote WFH Consultant/Customer Service Representative, you will work with clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide expert advice and guidance via phone, email, and chat. You will also work with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat

- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services

- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services

- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior consultants or management

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

- Meet customer service metrics and targets

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or consulting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Proficiency in digital tools and technology (e.g. CRM software, chat platforms)

- Strong time management and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a remote or WFH environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CCSR, CPC)

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
