Our client, a non-profit organization that provides residential services, is seeking a temporary Resident Services Manager to support their team in Bethesda, MD!
About You:
- 2+ years of professional work experience; hospitality and property management experience would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be friendly and tactful with a compassionate personality.
- Ability to use Apple products (MacBook).
- Ability to be 100% in-office.
The Job:
- Complete room reservations and bookings.
- Manage the front desk and maintain files and databases.
- Maintain relationships associated with building management, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Meeting coordination and preparation.
- Arrange travel/accommodations for new families checking in.
- Complete additional tasks and provide support/services to families as needed.
