SALES COORDINATOR JOB AVAILABLE IN FRANKLIN, MA Volt is immediately hiring for Sales Coordinator in Franklin, MA As a Sales Coordinator , you will be:

• Coordinates appliance phone support for inquiries from sales.
• Received Incoming and outgoing calls to customers to schedule their appliance delivery/install.
• Prepares timely and accurate information for incoming requests and status inquiries.
• Attention to detail when scheduling and coordinating delivery.
• Maintain accurate calendars and systems software data
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
• Collaborates with other departments and locations to ensure timely shipment of orders.
  
  

This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior customer service experience and pleasant phone etiquette
• Knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  
  

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour.
