Job Details
- Meeting sales goals by efficiently handling current and new customer accounts
- Developing relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs
- Extensive use of Salesforce CRM to manage sales process for current opportunities & potential new leads.
- Assisting walk-in customers upon their visits to our cash & carry location.
- Engaging in sales expeditions to bring in new clients while physically showcasing products
- Managing the flow of customer order operations , dispatching team members in the delivery & operations departments.
- Assisting with accounts receivable efforts for your and other accounts in the company.
- Merchandising , Marketing, Promoting, and Advertising activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (experience in similar industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
- 21 years or older & High school diploma
- Must work full time 40 hours per week, only off on Sundays.
- Proven track record of successful sales, account development, relationship building, and profit generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of product lines is an advantage
- Posses a valid Driver’s License, with their own or reliable transportation
