Securities Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Securities Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA !

Pay rate: $28/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a -5p

Length: Twelve (12) months with possibility of extension/conversion

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Custody Administration team providing client servicing for Private Bank high net worth clients and their agents

• Support custody administrative staff, clients, and their agents with processing transactions, including but not limited to cash processing (deposits, wires, ACH transfers), transfers of securities internally or externally, document retention, research, report generation, etc.

• Answering phone calls from clients and responding to emails

Education/Certification Requirements:           

• High School Diploma

Experience requirements:         

• 1+ years of Securities industry experience, preferably with a trust company, investment firm or brokerage firm working in a support position

• Ability to work on multiple systems

• Strong MS Office Suite skills

• Money movement/handling experience preferred

This role is onsite, must reside near/in Atlanta, GA
