Job Description - Security Director

Provide strategic and operational direction that drive the implementation of security policies, standards and procedures for safeguarding all personnel and assets at NTT DATA.
Ensure security systems management & governance across sites for optimal delivery aligned to Business.
Plan for security preparedness for all growth initiatives and projects in consonance with customer expectations.
Support business in review and assessment for new business opportunities and prepare response to RFPs.
Oversee & ensure Security Operations as per the defined SLAs.
Establish liaison and relationships with identified stakeholders that support the business in proactively identifying and dealing with emerging threats or risks.
Ensure appropriate capacity and capability building across sites to include integration of technology at all levels with the objective of enhancing efficiency.
Reduce security risks at sites to “As low as reasonably acceptable”.
Ensure governance and assurance measures to ensure reliability of Security management system.
Ensure representation of security in all internal and external audits. Ensure closure of all observations.
Plan, prepare and monitor security budget; Capex and OpEx.
Oversee & evaluate performance of the third-party security personnel services provider ensuring the deployed personnel meet NTT DATA requirements and standards.
Ensure service provider is compliant to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Plan and conduct Security Awareness program for employees and contract workmen.
