We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Technology Services Group, Data Center Services team. This role is located in Nashville, TN - HYBRID.



In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage and deliver small to mid-size projects from various internal customers of competing priorities and working through them to achieve a successful outcome.
• Execute all data center related hardware installations, repairs, configurations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage space planning, efficient cabinet layouts, and cabling.
• Contribute to maintaining the firm's reputation by adhering to strict media management practices, protocols, and policies.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 4+ years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
• Experience with the basic Microsoft applications.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. of boxes/equipment.
