Senior Customer Service Representative

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to auto insurance customers, resolving inquiries and obtaining crucial total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners. Training and onboarding will be conducted virtually, with all necessary equipment provided. Compensation and Benefits: Starting wage: $19.00 per hour

Opportunities for promotion within 6 months based on performance Key Responsibilities: Determine fair market value of vehicles to facilitate insurance claim settlement
Update vehicle information and assess availability and pricing of new or used vehicles
Conduct some outbound calling (non-sales related) to automobile dealerships and adjusters
Foster and maintain relationships with dealers and claim adjusters
Provide additional research support as required
Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other performance standards Requirements: No prior insurance or automotive experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Minimum 3 years of prior customer service experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
Proficient in mathematics and analytics
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently
