Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for our Contractor Prequalification Support services group to oversee operational aspects of project delivery and stakeholder management; working with a global team engaged in providing contractor safety prequalification support to subscribers of the Benchmark Gensuite Contractor Safety Management digital solution. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain effective communication, and facilitate project execution in alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities

  • Process Development: Collaborate in creating operational structures to support customer needs and project requirements effectively.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as the primary liaison with customers, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between project deliverables and customer needs.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional and culturally diverse teams to facilitate project workflow and address any arising issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and ensure transparency in project activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions meeting internal standards and customer expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholder relationships to align on project goals, milestones, and outcomes.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate teams and drive project success.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
