Role Impact

As a Senior Manager, ERP and B2B Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Your leadership will ensure seamless integration and functionality of our ERP solutions, contributing significantly to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Management: Take ownership of ERP operations and service delivery, ensuring platform scalability, enterprise resiliency, and managing customization SLAs.
  
• System Ownership: Oversee operations and service delivery of Concur, web store, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) areas of the ERP.
  
• Innovation and Roadmap: Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EDI features to formulate and manage improvement roadmaps.
  
• Customer Collaboration: Engage with Business Customer Departments to understand system needs and propose innovative solutions.
  
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the ERP and EDI Application teams, fostering a collaborative and self-led culture.
  
• B2B Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for B2B integrations, including EDI and API-based integrations with internal and external partners.
  
• Employee Empowerment: Ensure team members understand their value and contribution to the company's strategic goals.
  
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent product delivery and clear communication.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of functional system experience in ERP and EDI. Direct management experience of a team of 3+ employees for at least 4 years.
  
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, deployment, and integration. Demonstrated success in ERP implementations.
  
• Software Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, DevOps, and CRM / Service Desk Ticketing Software. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint proficiency.
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends. Willingness to travel up to 5%.
