We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service writer to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. You will be someone who enjoys working with people and possesses a passion for helping others. Sales experience is not necessary but is preferred. We also encourage individuals who have been in the hospitality industry as well as Bartenders and Servers. We have found that some of our most successful employees have a background in these fields. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the company's products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
· Provide timely updates
· Assist customer with needs/requests
· Greeting customers at the service lane
· Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
· Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
· Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
Requirements
· Proven experience as service advisor to maximize profit
· Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
· Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
· Patient and comfortable dealing with customers
· Professionalism and outgoing personality
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Willing to learn and take direction
*Schedule is 5 days a week, 40-50 hours a week
