RideNow Powersports , a subsidiary of RumbleOn , is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Huntsville, AL . If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Advisor with a passion for powersports, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order.
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.
• Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work.
• Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer.
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of powersports or automotive dealership experience
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
