Job Description - Service Manager - Service Manager

You will  report directly to the President of the company

They're looking for a Service Manager for a Service Department that was created a few years ago. For a Construction company based out of Metro Atlanta. They want someone with 5 years worth of experience to replace the former who  just retired. Someone with a strong book of business and knows metro Atlanta would be the ideal candidate. Someone who can run $800k- $1 million in service work and can continue to grow the business doing service work and has a lot of contacts.  

Compensation $100k-$120k will go higher for right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Service Department to achieve superior results in customer service.

Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Service Department Staff.

Oversee department personnel and ensure that they follow assigned work schedules and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

3 years of experience

Clean driving record
