Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to travel to various fast food restaurants and gas stations to perform plumbing repairs. Responsibilities include identifying and fixing leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and conducting water heater replacements and back flow installations. The role requires effective customer service, communication, and the ability to document work using a mobile app. Initial training will be provided in San Diego for the first three weeks.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

The technician will be provided with company uniforms, a cell phone, a gas card, and access to a corporate Home Depot account for purchasing supplies. A company vehicle will be assigned for commuting to all job locations and can be taken home. Work typically starts at 8 am, with adjustments based on specific work orders. Technicians rotate on-call duties approximately every 3-4 weeks, covering all emergency calls during nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule adjustments are managed with sufficient notice, and coverage during vacations or requested time off is coordinated by the technician.
