Service Porter/Driver

Job Summary: Don Thornton Cadillac, a premier luxury car dealership in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Service Porter/Driver. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service department and providing transportation services for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash
• Keep the service waiting area and restrooms clean and oversee inventory and stocking of supplies
• Assist service advisors with retrieving and returning customer vehicles from the service drive
• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive and assist them with door-to-door transportation services, including loaner vehicles when necessary
• Safely operate dealership vehicles to transport customers and ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing exceptional customer service
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in a service porter/driver role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
