Job Summary: As a Customer Support Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in commissioning and handling warranty-related issues for various electromechanical equipment and HVAC product lines. Your responsibilities will include ensuring equipment meets customer specifications, providing technical support to end-users, and offering guidance to sales and service representatives. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with comprehensive information on Company Group HVAC products and systems.
Oversee the commissioning process and ensure smooth operation in diverse environments, with experience in BIM 360 preferred.
Manage field installations, contracts, and bids on the commercial side, as well as systems engineering and integration of HVAC equipment.
Effectively handle challenging jobs, aiming to minimize impact on customer experiences while optimizing financial outcomes for the company.
Develop and document job responsibilities, methods, and procedures for various operational areas.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and implement fixes for equipment in the field.
Participate in the Authorized Service Partner program, including training, certification, and marketing support for local servicing contractors and representatives.
Contribute to CRM systems and stay updated on industry trends, training, and manufacturing processes.
Position Requirements:
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and software integration.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and contribute to technology transfer initiatives.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BIM 360 and CRM systems.
Prior involvement in technology transfer initiatives and product engineering.
