Your Role With Us:

As the Surgery Services Business System Analyst, you will analyze financial data and reports to provide timely recommendations to leadership. You will manage communications regarding product trials, handle software administration for Surgical Services, and maintain financial visibility tools. Your responsibilities include evaluating processes for cost-saving efficiencies, managing a physician database, assisting with annual inventory and reporting, and conducting cost analysis for self-pay surgical requests. Additionally, you will provide back-up support to the Director of Surgical Support Services, ensuring efficient departmental operations and effective stakeholder communication.

Background/Expertise:

• Bachelor Degree is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of financial/data analysis, reporting writing and or business analytics preferred.
• Excel skills required
• Hospital, Medical and or surgery experience preferred.
• Be self-directed, motivated, willing to accept responsibility for own work and is passionate about problem solving.
• Proven client relationship skills and communicates in an effective manner.
• Adaptability in changing environments and unpredictable situations.
