Shared Services Supervisor

The Shared Services Supervisor will develop and implement policies, procedures, quality assurance/control routines, and operational routines to ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and internal requirements. As the Supervisor , you will also contribute to the development of business unit goals and action plans to anticipate and support the needs of a growth-oriented company.

The Shared Services Supervisor will :

• Attract, develop and retain talent necessary to support business priorities
• Ensure team and department goals are met by doing the following:
• Track employee productivity
• Review employee work product for accuracy and quality
• Coach and mentor performing and non-performing employees
• Provide key metric data/results for various management reporting routines
• Complete special assignments necessary to support dynamic business needs
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Property preservation experience, including investor and insurer requirements, strongly preferred
• Previous management experience preferred
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Insurance claim experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
