Support Officer - Remote Work

Steel Dynamics is seeking a passionate and adaptable Support Officer to join our team. This is a remote work position based in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer problems 3. Managing and updating customer accounts and databases 4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met 5. Generating reports and analyzing data to improve customer support processes 6. Assisting with sales and marketing efforts as needed 7. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and trends

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Minimum of 4 years experience in customer support or a related role 3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
