Job Description - Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a skilled Support Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas, in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via email, phone, or chat. 2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Educate customers on product features and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for product or service improvement based on customer feedback. 7. Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers. 8. Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and resourceful with the ability to work autonomously. 5. Strong negotiation and planning skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly. 8. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. 9. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 10. Must have a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection. 11. Must be available to work during standard business hours in the Central Time Zone.
