Support Representative - Remote Work

As a Support Representative at Discovery Communications, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients. This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in San Jose, California.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Update customer account information and maintain accurate records - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
