Tax partner - private client services

This position is for a Tax Partner - PCS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax-related services to high net worth individuals, small businesses, and other clients. They will be responsible for preparing federal and state tax returns, researching complex tax issues, and providing advice and guidance to clients. The Main Responsibilities Of This Position Include

• Prepare and review Federal and State income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
• Communicate with clients to provide advice and guidance on complex tax matters.
• Research tax topics and provide tax planning solutions to meet clients needs.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy of tax returns.
• Stay abreast of tax legislation and changes in the field.
• Provide training and support to staff on tax related topics.
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Demonstrated experience working with high net worth individuals (HNWI).
• Knowledge of Form 1040, K-1, ACS 740, and K-2.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
