Technical Sales & Customer Service Engineer

Technical Sales/Customer Services Engineer needed to work for a stable and growing company that is well respected in their industry! This is a direct placement opportunity in Fairview, OR.
As a Technical Sales/Customer Services Engineer you will:
• Work directly with field sales, inside sales, engineering, and manufacturing to streamline all technical information exchanged between departments.
• Work directly within engineering, sales, and other data systems to retrieve and exchange technical information required on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between the sales department and manufacturing/engineering departments as needed to help ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Track drawing requests, engineering reports, and information requests; Request follow-up responses when necessary.
• Track manufacturing and engineering lead times to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is being provided to customers.
• Work as an integral part of inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control laws design, modeling, aircraft stability and control. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, OR
• 4+ years of experience in a technical support role in the same or a related industry, absent of a degree
• Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes
• Experience with engineering and manufacturing software and schedules
• Proven record of effectively managing and evaluating technical engineering information including product specifications, drawings, and systems Salary Range: $70K-83K Plus Bonus quarterly
