We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Senior Representative to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).

NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Application Technical Specialist to join our team for a one year or longer temporary assignment with the possibility of being hired permanently. JOB SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Provide call center based technical support
• Provide first level of troubleshooting to clients and members
• Assure implementation-based protocols are met.
• Render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence.
• Update database regarding resolution of issues and techs progress while completing work within the store  
• Triage resulting rework to appropriate staff
• Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of Technical Support experience
• Understanding of intermediate/Expert technical terminology
• 1+ years of experience within a group Technical installation preferred
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferable in a Call Center
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products-Word, Excel, and Access

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
