Responsibilities
  • Facilitate an easy, happy care-free service experience for our guests
  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane
  • Provide top shelf concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone, text, email or in person
  • Be the liaison between our guests and our technicians
  • Take personal ownership of the customer's experience to ensure they are treated like you would treat a member of your family
  • Ensure every guest receives fair and friendly service, always doing your best to help them find the best solution in every circumstance
