UiPath Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a UiPath Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues
• Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues
• Experience in developing / Supporting the UiPath bots
• Having an understanding/experience in UiPath bot development is preferred
• Experience in preparing the UiPath environments
• Test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on regular basis
• Prepare and summarize customer input/comments on product features/capabilities for product marketing and planning
• Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 4+ years of development experience on UiPath
• Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures

Preferences:

• Experience working with development teams preferred
• Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
• Certification on any RPA tools

Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts)
