Position at Petcare Hospital & Wellness Center

Petcare Hospital and Wellness Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their amazing team!!!Petcare Hospital & Wellness Center is a high end, 5 doctor hospital with a client focused company culture.  Our hospital offers wellness and preventative medicine for dogs and cats as well as Doggie Daycare, Grooming and soft tissue surgeries! We are located in East Mill Creek.

The primary responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Telephone calls
  • Scheduling Services
  • Greeting clients and patients in a friendly manner
  • Communicating technician, veterinarian or groomer of patient arrival or needed departure
  • Present invoices and process payments; all products, appointments, daycare, grooming, and surgeries are to be paid at time of service
  • Prepare vaccine certificates 
  • Retrieve and charge out prescription medications
  • Perform opening and closing procedure and cleaning lists
  • Update client contact information
  • Update vaccination and health history in charts
  • Client communication: phone, email, text message, face to face
  • Maintaining a clean waiting room and reception area:
    • Prepare cookies and coffee and keep the refreshment area clean, tidy, and stocked
  • Perform other duties as assigned
