Veterinary Receptionist

Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Town & Country Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our clinic. As our clients' first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every patient and client receives the care and attention they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
• Assist clients with filling out paperwork and updating their pet's information
• Handle payments and process invoices accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and other staff members 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary clinic or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite and scheduling software
• Passion for animals and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
