We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Medical Services to lead and enhance the medical operations of our integrated care teams across our Ohio and Indiana locations. This pivotal role ensures seamless coordination and delivery of care while providing strategic leadership to our clinical staff. As a key figure in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our medical policies and practices to align with the highest standards of healthcare provision. Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee medical operations within our integrated care teams.
Develop and implement medical policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
Provide executive leadership and direct supervision to our nursing staff.
Offer ongoing support and consultation to clinical leaders throughout our organization.
Coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and review client records.
Ensure credentialing in both Ohio and Indiana as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A background in psychiatry, neurology, addiction psychiatry, or addiction medicine.
Extensive experience in managing treatments for mental health, substance use, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring disorders.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively supervising medical personnel.
Strong understanding of regulatory and healthcare standards.
Must possess a current and valid medical license as a physician or nurse practitioner in Ohio or Indiana.
