Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mastercard is seeking a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Officer to join our remote team in Seattle, Washington, US. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support via web chat to our clients. This role requires strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Previous experience with web chat platforms preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resilient and dedicated work ethic - Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
