Accounts Payable

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The purpose of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to process incoming invoices and prepare payment.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify and process invoices and check requests
• Ensure timely payments
• Reconcile statements from vendors
• Maintains accuracy of transaction records
• Ensures accurate coding of all invoices
• Identifies discrepancies and resolve billing issues
• Prepare tax records for audits and 1099's

Education and/or Experience

High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
