Performs administrative and office support activities. Responsibilities may include receiving, and handling telephone calls and e-mails, making travel and meeting arrangements. Preparing reports and agenda materials, receiving and directing visitors Word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts.
Associates degree (A.A.) (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of previous administrative experience
some post-high school course work or completion of an appropriate vocational program
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Basic internet research skills
Prefer 2 years' related administrative experience
Must be able to multi-task
Must have fairly strong business writing skills
Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience
