Your New Role:
As an Apprentice Electrician at ALLRED, you will:

• Assist Senior Electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Learn and Adhere to Safety Protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
• Maintain Electrical Equipment, ensuring all tools are clean, functional, and properly stored.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Issues under supervision, honing your problem-solving skills.
• Read and Interpret Blueprints to understand and execute electrical configurations.
• Interact with Customers, providing professional and courteous service.
• Participate Actively in Training Programs to continuously improve your electrical knowledge and skills.
• Document Work, keep accurate records, and contribute to the team’s efficiency

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and have completed or are interested in vocational training in electrical work.
• You possess a good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a basic understanding of electrical systems.
• You’re physically fit, flexible in your schedule, and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic field.
• You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and are authorized to work in the U.S.

• 1+ years experience in electrical work preferred
• Electrical industry experience a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Completion of electrical vocational training or apprenticeship program preferred
• Familiarity with electrical systems and components
• Basic understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulations
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in electrical work
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule to accommodate project needs
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials relevant to electrical work
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Desire to grow and advance within the electrical industry
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
