Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time (40 hour per week) Assistant Property Manager for Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm. Fair Hill Farm is a 101 unit Tax Credit Senior Community in the Montgomery County area. Willow Manor at Fair Hill Farm is a beautiful newly renovated Community in historic Olney. This is a great role for those that enjoy working in a team environment! To fill this role, we looking to hire an experienced Tax Credit Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as a Assistant Community Manager. TCS certifications are a plus!
